LpS-TiL 2020 Cancelled

In light of the recent postponement of Light + Building to September 2020 and due to the spread of the coronavirus, the organizer of LpS 2020 and TiL 2020, Luger Research e.U. has had to make the decision to cancel the LpS/TiL 2020 events.

Due to the further rapid expansion of the coronavirus and the fact that no vaccine is yet available, medical experts advise there is a risk that in September 2020 the epidemic may still be present in Europe.

The Zhaga Summit in Bregenz, planned in conjunction with the LpS/TiL 2020 on September 23rd, will also be canceled.

Also tackling this subject is a dedicated panel discussion on Future Luminary Design.

The widely anticipated 7^th LED professional Symposium + Expo was set to be the biggest and most comprehensive event in lighting to date, and it kept its promise. Over 1,600 leading technology experts, from industry and research, came together at LpS 2017 to explore, to debate and to build the future of lighting technologies together.

LpS Scientific Paper of the Year

The LED professional Scientific Award was awarded to the best scientific paper. The winner was Dr. Ekaterina Nannen from the NanoEnergieTechnikZentrum (NETZ) at the University of Duisburg-Essen. In her paper, Ekaterina Nannen deals with alternative techniques for light generation

Experts from science and industry are invited to submit their abstracts on latest lighting trends and innovations for the chance to present them at the 6th international LED professional Symposium + Expo (LpS) in Bregenz, Austria.
